All services are provided for practice and informational purposes only.4. Payments & Subscriptions Paid features are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
We may modify pricing or plans at any time with reasonable notice.5. Intellectual Property All Platform content, software, and branding are owned by HiredHeroAI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.6. User Content You grant HiredHeroAI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use feedback or submissions you provide. You represent that your submissions do not violate third-party rights.7. Disclaimers No Employment Guarantee: The Platform does not guarantee interviews, job offers, promotions, or outcomes. AI Limitations: Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied upon as professional advice. As-Is: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiredHeroAI shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill Damages arising from reliance on Platform outputs Issues caused by third-party services or integrations Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.9. Assumption of Risk You use the Platform entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for decisions made based on its outputs.10.
